Stakeholder Orientation : Takes stakeholder requirements fully into account when making proposals and/or carrying out work.
Collaboration : Makes project team collaboration a focus point in the project and actively manages the team to ensure collaboration between all team members, ITS and IT partner associates.
Communication : Efficient and comfortable communicating with partner and business stakeholders and Sr. Business Leaders
Issue Management : Engages all levels of IT and business partners as required to drive issues to resolution, escalates prudently and early.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership : Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of the project, actively leading the team in all Phases of the project life-cycle. Directs others in their tasks as appropriate.
Project Execution : Identifies and organizes the required Client resources for the project: assigning and communicating personal and team responsibilities, ensuring business goals are understood and achieved; Negotiates team member assignments with resource managers.
Project planning : Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the assigned phases of the project to an agreed scope.
Project Quality : Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared, including: resource allocation for staff engaged on more than one project; inter-project dependencies; Architecture alignment, make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate.
Project Tracking : Tracks all activities against the plan, monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes decisive action where these deviate from agreed tolerances; accountable to meeting project milestones and quality
Status Reporting : Provides regular and accurate reports to senior project stakeholders, portfolio managers and Sr. Business leaders or IT executives as required.
Risk Management : Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project, as well as risks to achieving the overall business goals. Including the provision and use of contingency for those risks which are to be managed. Actively engages Sr. project sponsors in risk mitigation.
Issue Management : Agrees and operates an appropriate procedure for the management of Issues
Team Leadership : Leads the team to: shape its individual members into a fully integrated and motivated team; develop a clear engagement to the project from all Business Partners and stakeholders, with commitment to their individual and group responsibilities. Focus on process improvement as an essential and integral part of the project life-cycle.
Project Budgeting : Creates and tracks Capital and Expense budget for assigned projects. Creates Capital Requests.
Project Processes : Follows SDLC project process framework in project execution for all assigned projects; Utilize Clarity weekly for project status updates & time tracking; Represent project status in portfolio meetings; Follow all established procedures for document storage; Adhere to all Compliance and/or Sox related procedures where applicable
Additional: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration; a technical degree; or related field. Minimum 8 years of Project Management Experience and 5 years IT experience is required. IT project management, experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects with multiple interfaces is required. Experience in or the proven ability to adhere to a PMLC / SDLC methodology. Project certifications are a plus. (i.e; PMP, CPM, Project A+, Prince2, etc..). Subject matter expertise in the area of Security & Quality and Compliance (compliance management, SOx, GxP, CAPA, Process Excellence) a plus.

Project Description: Role Description: The HP Performance Center Administrator is accountable for establishing and implementing the management and support function of HP ALM Performance Center 11.0 (HP PC 11.0). This includes supporting HP PC 11.0 users with user provisioning, customer assistance, and troubleshooting issues to resolution. The incumbent will create HPPC projects, schedule and reserve testing resources, manage HPPC availability, and provide system administration. The HPPC Administrator is also responsible for ensuring adequate information sharing, reporting, training and efficient use of the tool throughout the BioPharma IT organization.
Responsibilities will also include interfacing with strategic service providers and vendors who support the infrastructure, testing, and development teams. The incumbent is accountable for establishment of an enterprise testing environment coordinating use of the tool, best practices and activities. In addition they are responsible for ensuring any performance testing processes and best practices fully support BMS' established System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Project Management Framework (PMF).
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of HP Load Runner (5 years) and HP ALM Performance Center 11.0 tools as well as understanding of the HP Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics and their integration with HP Performance Center
Expert in Performance Testing like Load, Stress, Volume, and Endurance
Knowledge of Load Runner protocols and performance test scripting
Experience implementing enterprise software testing solutions in large, complex, diversified, global organizations
Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle
Excellent written and verbal skills to adapt and modify HP PC 11.0 guides and training material to BMS SDLC and PMF processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with all levels of the organization.
Must be well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools including MS Project and MS Visio
Candidate must be a proactive self-starter, experienced working in a matrix environment with multiple service providers.

To assist in the administration and support of our clients financial systems including the General Ledger/Accounts Payable and Consolidation/Forecasting & Planning systems. Job Responsibilities
1. System administration of Corporate financial systems including the General Ledger, Consolidations and Financial Planning, SOX compliance systems. Duties include Maintaining and managing the chart of accounts, entity hierarchies, user security and financial reporting tools. This will be 35% of your day
2. Troubleshoot and provide training and client support for the General Ledger, Consolidations, SOX Compliance, and T&E systems. Interaction with employees in all Corporate departments and other divisions. This will be 20% of your day
3. Process monthly interfaces into GL from Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury and T&E systems including reconciliation and analysis for audit purposes. Responsible for monthly GL consolidation procedure including maintenance of mapping tables, exporting and importing files, and providing reports for Corporate Accounting Department. This will be 15% of your day
4. Write and update training and systems procedures documentation using Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Longview LRAL. This will be 10 % of your day
5. Maintain and furnish documentation and audit information to internal and external auditors for Sarbanes- Oxley compliance. This will be 10% of your day
6. Act as liaison between Corporate Accounting staff and IT personnel. Assist in implementation of new systems and upgrades. This will be 10% of your day
Education and Certifications
4 Year degree, Accounting or MIS major preferred
Experience
2-5 years accounting experience. Experience with general ledger or consolidations software systems a must. Systems administration experience and working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance/internal controls very helpful.
Specialized Knowledge
Strong Excel skills required. Microsoft Access and Power Point beneficial. Knowledge of Khalix Consolidations and Planning, PeopleSoft General Ledger, Paisley Risk Navigator, Gelco ExpenseLink and Cognos Reporting systems is a plus.
Skills
Requires excellent organization skills, including the ability to effectively handle and complete multiple tasks. Strong communications and effective business writing skills also important.
