Job Description A Health Care Company located in Fort Lee New Jersey is looking for a Manager of Planning and Analysis. The Candidate Will coordinate, prepare, report and analyze complex financial information including analyzing trends, advising management Of conclusions and recommendations. The position requires an in-depth working knowledge of Excel (Macros and Pivot Tables), Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning and Access.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for executive committee reporting including development and preparation of dashboard and flash reporting.
Maintain P & L financial database and files.
Oversee the budget process and maintain consolidated budget file for all Companies. Included in this is managing the Standard model, ensuring timeliness and expectations are communicated and adhered to and consolidating all individual Budgets.
Provide executive level and operations level reporting of budgets.
Prepare and distribute monthly P & L analyses and reports.
Prepare and maintain debt compliance calculations.
Develop permanent and ad-hoc financial reports.
Conduct data analysis of historical information as required.
Interact with other company disciplines as necessary.
Reports to Vice President –Financial Operations
Skills Required 3-5 years of health care industry, preferably in the long-term care environment, financial data analysis experience-strongly Preferred
Outstanding mathematical, analytical and loan problem solving skills
Working knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Hyperion and health care billing systems preferred.
Strong communication and writing skills
Salary Range This is a full time position which will pay up to 90k.
