Position Responsibilities – Summary:

As member of the Enterprise Delivery Center, this individual will be
responsible for design, development and maintenance of the new Strategic
Reference Data Platform (SRDP) and related applications.

In this role, the individual will participate in all development activities
to successfully develop and deploy the system and subsequent enhancements,
and work with colleagues and end users to design, develop and implement
additional solutions to meet business requirements. The Senior Software
Engineer will also assist other team members in supporting and maintaining
related SRDP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in architecture, design, implementation, deployment,
and support

· Work with business team, project managers, and systems analysts to
review and qualify requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and
test plans

· Design, prototype and code new software components and
applications based on functional specifications.

· Coordinate with analyst teams to execute test plans and provide
support during user acceptance testing.

· Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate new
functionality and to optimize them for performance.

· Work with other software engineers to design and implement
application features, including user interfaces, and business functionality
enhancements.

· Author technical design and support documentation.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· 6+ years related work experience with full project lifecycle.

· 6+ years of proven analysis and technical design, development, and
architecture experience in a database application environment

· Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time
efficient manner

· Ability to understand legacy in-house applications and highly
complex and interrelated systems and processing

· Must possess C#, SQL Server, and WCF skills

· AppFabric, .Net 4.0, ASP.NET, JQuery, or xRM skills a plus

· Experience with various software development methodologies, such
as Agile

· Willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and team-oriented
environment and handle multiple conflicting priorities

· Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal
supervision

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the
ability to write technical documentation

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Keys to this Position:

1. Technical: Must possess C#, SQL Server, and WCF skills. If the
candidate does not have WCF, we will consider WPF or Winforms. The role is
80 to 90% coding.

The following are a plus: AppFabric, .Net 4.0, ASP.NET, JQuery, or xRM
skills. xRM is a Microsoft Dynamic CRM platform.

2. We are working along with Thomson Reuters to develop TREP (Thomson
Reuters Enterprise Platform). We will be customizing and extending TREP
using the above mentioned technologies. TREP will become our new CSM
(Company Security Master). If the candidate has experience retiring a
legacy CRM system and implementing a replacement system that would be a
plus.

3. The candidate does not have to have financial services experience.

Position Responsibilities - Summary
The Senior Writer, Editorial & Design Services, will play a key role in
helping the firm meet the growing demand for professional-quality investment
content across a variety of business lines and market segments. He or she
will write and edit content for white papers, quarterly client publications,
marketing materials, and client web sites. The position will contribute to
the Editorial team's efforts to ensure consistency in the firm's "voice"
and editorial style.

Key Responsibilities:

· Write original content for publications distributed to the firm's
clients and prospects, as well as intermediary and end-user investor
audiences.

· Work with other teams in the marketing group, as well as product
management, investment, and relationship teams to determine editorial
strategy, and to gather background prior to writing, confirm accuracy of
content, and refine the voice and message of the content.

· Leverage existing content, research, scripts, and other materials
to meet needs for new content and package for use with varied audiences.
Work with Manager of Editorial & Design Services to identify opportunities
to leverage original content for multiple business lines within the firm.

· Support additional functions of the Editorial team, including
copyediting, proofreading and project management. Serve as an editorial
consultant to internal groups developing content.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· At least 10 years of professional writing experience, including at
least 5 years of writing experience in an asset management or other
investment-related company, or an agency serving the investment industry.

· Exceptional writing skills and demonstrated proficiency in writing
for a variety of audiences. Some editing and proofreading experience.

· Strong understanding of investment concepts and market and
economic trends. Ability to translate complex financial concepts.

· Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal
stakeholders and to convey credibility when working with investment
professionals.

· Experience writing for the Web

Keys to this Position:

1. We need someone with extensive experience writing for institutional
marketing -- very complex, detailed, sophisticated content development such
as white papers, speech writing, and "thought leadership" pieces.

2. The writer needs to be very knowledgeable about institutional
investments and this person will be meeting face to face with their
investors so needs to know how to speak their language and be articulate.

3. Writers may have worked for large investment companies such as MFS,
State Street Global Advisors, Pyramis (the Institutional side of Fidelity),
Eaton Vance, S&P, GMO, Goldman, JP Morgan Asset Management Etc. We will also
look at an agency person as long as they've done longer complex pieces and
have worked on institutional financial services, and we are also interested

Summary:

The firm's Application Teams utilizes a centralized development DBA team to
