Job Description A major Bank Holding Company located in New York City is looking for a Program Manager Cross Function Management Group. THE FIRM NEEDS A PROGRAM MANAGER NAD NOT A PROJECT MANAGER. CANDIDATE REQUIRES EXPERIENCE WITH STRAT EGY AND IMPLEMENTATION WITH FIXED INCOME PRODUCTS.
Responsibilities:
The Program Manager is required to define and execute programs aligned to business strategy which enable benefits to be Achieved on a cross asset class and/or cross functional business basis.
This manager will be accountable for ensuring all aspects of the program and project delivery are scoped, planned, tracked and Managed to successful completion.
The Program Manager does not execute or manage individual projects within the program.
As the business strategy alters over the time, the manager will need to adjust or re-align delivery/priorities accordingly.
Main Duties:
Partner with the business sponsors to drive the successful delivery/benefit of critical business expansion, change and/or Regulatory programs.
Clearly articulate the strategy/vision translate that into a holistic set of deliverable and ensure ongoing alignment of delivery To strategy.
Work with organization and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff initiatives, establish governance and define Target solution.
Create communication materials for multiple levels of stakeholders.
Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability is in place.
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and reporting requirement.
Salary Range This is a position for a Vice President and the salary is based on experience.
