Ann,   Great talking with you today.   This is the position info.   Location, Parsippany, salary, 85-100k w/10% bonus.    Technical Systems Specialist Job Number:   The Technical Systems Specialist provides a proactive interface to the business for existing application support services, as well as new development opportunities.  The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity.  A key success factor in this role is the ability to manage and maintain strong customer communications thru the lifecycle of the project or deliverable.   Responsibilities   Provide exemplary business consultation services relating to a wide variety of initiatives from application enhancements to new application roll outs, to include: analysis, planning, development , testing, and implementing. Provide project management services for small to medium projects. Provide production support responsibilities to include troubleshooting issues, user training, administration and SDLC process documentation for Incident and Change Management. Network with clients and teammates to build and sustain relationship.     Qualifications   Minimum of 5 years experience developing and supporting .NET applications using such technologies as VB.NET, Javascript, JQUERY, and SQL Server Minimum of 5 years supporting Commercial Off the Shelf and Software as Service Applications Proven experience in managing small to medium projects Knowledge of Business Objects, Cognos, and  SSRS SQL Reporting Services Familiarity with Unix Operating System experience, environment and scripting a plus Understanding and familiarity of SharePoint 2007/2010 development framework is a plus Familiarity of Oracle and SQL database maintenance processes a plus  Michael Petronaci Executive Recruiter JHEART LLC 973-586-3637 973-586-4853 Fax michael@jheartusa.com
