Position Responsibilities - Summary:

This position is a member of a 35-person information technology team
responsible for all aspects of technology planning, implementation,
development and support for the infrastructure, hardware and software.
Development includes both in-house applications and integration with
third-party vendor software solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
for trading, portfolio management, accounting and other line-of-business
applications.

· Collaborate with business users in identifying needs and eliciting
business requirements, and work with the development team to clarify and/or
improve the stated requirements and solutions.

· Technical leadership in application design and architecture

· Production support of the applications

· Assist in the development of user documentation and training

Required Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills/Domain Expertise Required:

· 2 - 3 years experience in the investment management or financial
services industry a must

· At least 5 years of experience with MS C#/.NET and MS SQL Server
creating WinForms or ASP.Net applications - experience with Sharepoint a
plus.

· Experience with object oriented design and development including
the use of application frameworks

· Experience creating database schemas and complex stored
procedures, as well as optimizing SQL queries

Other Characteristics/Qualifications Needed:

· Undergraduate degree with at least 5 years of professional
experience in a development role

· Ability and desire to work at a very detailed level, while also
having the ability to understand objectives from a macro perspective and
provide technical leadership to end-users.

· Self-directed contributor able to work independently and
effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel throughout every
level of the company.

· Well-rounded, agile, adaptable and responsible individual with
hands-on experience in all phases of a project - requirements, design,
development, testing and deployment.

Position Responsibilities – Summary

The .NET/SharePoint Developer will act as a technical resource for the
implementation of the SharePoint 2010 Employee Intranet. Provide SharePoint
design work, development, and documentation.

There are 2 opening – One is a mid level role requiring between 3-7 years
and the other, a senior, requiring 7-10 years of experience with Sharepoint.

Responsibilities:

The Developer's responsibilities include:

· Participating in the design, development, customization and
integration efforts of corporate SharePoint solutions involving
Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, and Business Process and Forms.

· Assist other developers, analysts, and designers in
conceptualizing and developing SharePoint solutions.

· Provide expertise and support to end users and other members of
the IT support team.

· Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and
strategies.

· Recommend, schedule, and perform Application improvements and
upgrades.

· Provide production support for the corporate application
portfolio.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· 3-10 years' experience developing Microsoft SharePoint
applications

· Experience in developing Windows SharePoint Services, .NET
Framework, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio 2008 /2010, C#, ASP.Net, VB.NET,
XML, HTML, JavaScript

· A solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010, Windows SharePoint Services
2.0 and 3.0, SharePoint Designer 2007/2010, Microsoft SharePoint Portal
Server, and Microsoft Office suite of products (InfoPath forms, Excel
spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word Documents)

· Knowledge of architectural design, hands on SharePoint/Web
development, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and
supporting corporate SharePoint solutions

· Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group
security as it applies to SharePoint

· Experience in migrating SharePoint 2007 sites to the SharePoint
2010 platform a plus

· Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS

· Experience in working with development, staging and production
environments.

· Ability to work with pre-existing guidelines, standard operating
procedures in a fast-paced professional environment.

· Responsible for overall success of the implementation.
· Responsible for development of detailed project plan, budget, and
