This Quality Manager has to be able to make decisions, stand up to scrutiny
of those decisions, able to think on their feet, have heavy statistical
background -- a quality guru.
Position Description:
Oversee quality documentation system and coordinate supplier development
Monitor customer quality alert databases
Coordinate customer complaints within the facility and assist quality
engineers in developing corrective actions
Oversee communications with suppliers and customers on quality issues
Act as team member during quality audits and customer visits
Assist in annual reviews and revisions of quality system procedures and work
instructions
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree with five years quality experience
Excellent problem solving skills and be able to recognize and perform FMEA
and SPC
Prior experience with AS9100 and TS16949 is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Solid written and verbal communications skills

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Network Operations Engineer to maintain
and provide support for corporate, datacenter and global remote branch
office expansions to ensure smooth network installation and operation of
remote offices.
There will be extensive travel, in some cases, two or three trips a month
for 3-4 days at a time, including working some late hours to ensure that
service is provided. This may include weekends, and working beyond regular
hours, as needed. Off-hours support and on-call responsibilities are also
required.
Key Responsibility Areas:
* Maintaining uptime targets through designing, implementing, and
improving existing and new network implementations
* System Maintenance, administration and support including company
firewalls and internet routing protocols
* Network management to ensure that the system problems are
investigated, diagnosed and resolved in a timely fashion.
* Change management process and ensure business continuity for system
deployments.
* Devise, develop, and implement documented recovery procedures and
failure testing; test regularly to minimize risk.
* System Development: project manage upgrades or system
implementations
Required Skills and Experience:
* Good academic credentials - degree level or equivalent work
experience
* 4 years+ in a similar role (with CCNA qualification and strong CCNP
level skills)
* Strong knowledge of switching, routing, TCP/IP, VPN, eBGP, iBGP,
OSPF, HSRP, GRE.
* Knowledge of company firewalls, particularly Cisco ASA, and Juniper
SSG/SRX running JUNOS. Ability to create and modify firewall policies with
minimal supervision is a requirement.
* Strong knowledge of internet routing protocols, particularly OSPF,
BGP (internal and external types) as related to Internet based peering.
* MPLS, Carrier services and ISP knowledge would be useful. Ability
to troubleshoot multiple carrier networks across the world.
ADSL/SDSL/VDSL/ISDN PRI/3G.
* Quality of Service (QoS), and Cisco IP Telephony, which should
include good product knowledge for products such as Cisco Unified Call
Manager and Cisco Unified Unity.
* Network management (knowledge of NetQOS, Kiwi, Radius, Infoblox,
Arbor recommended)
* Knowledge of wireless technologies. Aruba or similar would be
useful.
* Good understanding of Windows Domain infrastructures, and of
Virus/Worm/Trojan prevention, detection and cleaning.
* Experience in setting up, maintaining and administering networks
* Project lifecycle experience
* Solving difficult design issues, identifying technical solutions
* Experience of deployment of new hardware and upgrading OS images on
network hardware
* Administer telephony solutions
* Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Visio are
critical
* Administrative skills (purchase orders, filing, organizing
paperwork, expense management, budgeting, asset management)
* Experience working in a large enterprise organization and dynamic
environment
* Experience with working for an international company where the
support teams are located in different parts of the world
* International carrier and vendor experience needed to effectively
interface with offices overseas
* Ability to stream line processes

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Web Developer who will be responsible for
managing, maintaining and updating the company's website and web content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
. Bachelor Degree and minimum of five years of job-related
experience
. Minimum of two years experience in managing and maintaining web
sites and web content
. Must have hands-on web development experience using C# and .Net
. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
. MS SQL Server and MS Sharepoint experience are pluses
. Must have good analytical skills
. Experience in maintaining content and web pages within a content
management system (Sitecore preferred)
. Understanding and working knowledge of networking technologies
(virtual directories, IIS security, firewalls, encryption) is preferred
