Whether you are just starting out on your search, or have been struggling for seemingly endless months, one of the most important things you can do is to diagnose what you need to do to succeed in your search.
In this unique workshop, John Hadley will use his proprietary Career Search Assessment survey and the ChangeGrid to show you what's blocking your search, positioning you to take action to land the job and pay you deserve.
At the start of the session, you will complete your own personal ChangeGrid on-site, so PLEASE BE ON TIME. John will then show you how to interpret your ChangeGrid to identify the challenges you face, and strategies for dealing with them. He will also reinforce this with selected ChangeGrids from his files, showing you the stories behind them.

Job Description for ETL Informatica Developer
Â
Description:
Designing and implementing the changes while ensuring that these changes do not break existing business &system rules
Interfacing directly with functional analysts and business representatives to resolve design and testing issues and help them confirm that the data is loaded properly
Engaging in the detailed design phase and participate in all downstream SDLC activities
Authoring the logical design and the subsequent detailed technical design and development with minimal direction
Analyzing an existing data warehouse to map existing fields against new data sources, and to modify the data warehouse to change existing field mappings to new sources

A qualified candidate should have the following:
At least 3 years of experience in the full life cycle of a Data Warehouse including analysis, design and development
At least 3 years of experience in the full life cycle of an Informatica project within the SDLC process (design, development, testing, documentation, deployment)
Programming experience with Informatica
Experience of PL/SQL programming
Experience of database application programming
Data modeling or database administration is a plus
Project Management is a plus
