The Scrum Team is a multi-functional team, responsible for the day-to-day activity of software development. Each Scrum team will be responsible for one or more lines of development[1]. In addition to the Software Engineers who perform actual code development, the Scrum team encapsulates the following stratified groups which cut across multiple Scrum Teams. DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT Development managers are responsible for bringing the needs of the stakeholders to their respective teams. This group is responsible for the maintenance and grooming of the Product Pipeline and for coordinating team Sprint activity.
