Project/Department Description and responsibilities
•Corporate IT Infrastructure projects, GPM USA
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
•Specify ITSS project requests, taking into account ITSS guidelines and procedures; Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
•Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions, scope, and
associated project costs and estimating effort and resources needed.
•Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resource needs, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual team member responsibilities. Function as a team builder for all projects managed.
•Create required project management, system life cycle, compliance validation documentation
•Ensure approvals of documentation is completed and documents stored appropriately
•Ensure scope management and appropriate change request process is followed
•Coordinate project activity, including meetings/updates, design and execution of test plans, validating systems and processes.
•Ensure project progress, status reporting and milestones are completed before base line dates
•Ensure project timelines are managed and project details in Clarity tool maintained
•Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget.
•Ensure standards/architecture are followed or creating/presenting waivers to deviate
•Ensure infrastructure is available and documentation completed before baseline date and project closure is completed and recorded appropriately
•Establish and maintain partner relationships with business partners including effectively communicating to team, stakeholders, other IT groups (written and oral) Communicate project status to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Technical profile requirements
•Project Management experience in an international and multicultural environment (budgets, plan, schedule, issue tracking/remediation, risk analysis, etc.)
•Experience with end user support integrations or environments (ITIL)
•Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
•Experience developing project management, and project methodology documentation.

NYC Company is looking for a candidate to manage a team of Program Managers to help with day to day IT projects with 3-5 yrs of experience. Will conduct daily meetings with the Program Managers to find out where they are with each of their projects. They will sit with the business community to find out what reqs are outstanding and they will police all IT projects overall to make sure that timelines are being met and to ensure a smooth delivery of new products. Needs someone he can groom into a Sr. role in time. This person is going to work VERY closely with the CTO and will serve as his right hand person. The more that this person can take off of his plate from a day to day project management perspective, the better. Experience with PHP, Asp.Net or Java are a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Developer / Architect will provide both tactical and technical resources to peers of the development team. This developer will be responsible for working closely with Director of Systems Development and Business Analysts to implement new features and bug fixes to legacy systems and design / implementation of new systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Provide design, development and implementation of critical business applications using N-tier architecture, patterns, third party controls, C#, Ajax, workflow foundation, and SQL Reporting Services
*Hands on approach is a must including peer testing, code reviews, and leading by example in coding and responsiveness
*Familiarity with agile and scrum development methodologies a plus
*Participation in team building activities
*Participate in weekly Development Meetings
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION
*Expert level experience with C#, .Net 2.0/3.5, N-tier architecture, patterns, third party controls, C#, Ajax, workflow foundation, and SQL Reporting
*Experience with SQL 2005 and 2008 T-SQL Stored procedures
*Proficiency Microsoft Office 2003/2007 automation a plus
