A Consulting Firm located in New York City is looking for someone who can prepare the Registration Statement for a broker dealer who wants to become a FINRA Member Firm. The ideal candidate will come from FINRA and has reviewed the Registration Statement. Another candidate could be a Compliance Associate who prepared the Registration Statement.
