We have been serving the hotel industry for 25 years, providing a full spectrum of advanced valet and commercial laundry services to metropolitan area hotels, managed restaurants and clubs.
We have 4 locations operating in the tri state area and to our delight, are experiencing a rapid growth, prompting us to expand our business and open new facilities in the tri-state area and beyond. We are looking forward to extending our services and are looking for talented, professional, and eager people to join us on our journey. We are currently searching for a Payroll Coordinator at One Evertrust Plaza, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
The Payroll Coordinator will collaborate with supervisors, plant management and the HR department to ensure that payroll is processed on a timely basis, earnings are accurately recorded and payroll is updated upon any change in employee status. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for processing weekly payrolls for approximately 550 union and non-union employees.
Experience, Education and Salary Range:
Minimum three to five years of current hands-on ADP payroll processing and time/attendance experience in a corporate office and union/manufacturing environment. Strong ADP reporting skills is required.
High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
Bi-lingual Spanish strongly preferred
$45-55K depending on experience

1.Must have 7+ years of experience in telecom industry as an engineer worked on VoIP projects. Understand of VoIP technologies is essential. IMS knowledge will be a plus.
2.Detailed knowledge and Hands-on experiences on test and monitor tools, such as sniffer, Wireshark, packet/protocol analyzer, VoIP session analyzer (for example: Agilent NgNAS, Tektronix Geoprobe & Iris systems, Empirix Hammer XMS) are highly desirable
3.Must have detailed knowledge on SIP, Diameter, Megaco, ENUM, SigTran and RTP/RTCP, and their utilization in a VoIP call flow.
4.Must have analytical skills, personal skills, and technical requirement documentation skills
5.Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Solaris, DB (Oracle, MySQL) is a big plus
6.Understand of IP network; including Layer 3 routing and Layer 2 switching, VLAN, and network security is also a big plus
7.Knowledge of AT&T Business and Consumer VoIP network and services are helpful
Job responsibilities:
Evaluate, Design, Deploy, Manage and maintain the VoIP monitoring systems for Business VoIP (BVoIP) and Consumer VoIP (CVoIP) for signaling and voice quality monitoring, and engineering. by network care as well as customer care agents. The VoIP monitoring systems are vendor developed products (Agilent NgNAS and Tektronix Geoprobe/Iris System), intensive vendor interactions required from traffic forecast modeling, capacity planning, system design and deployment, to lab testing and certification and release updates, to login creation and user training and user/AT&T specific issues, to production issue escalation, etc. are to be managed and resolved by this team.
