The initiative will be to redesign one Employee Portals. Although the focus will be on overall Project Management and coordination, also important is that the candidate must possess HR portal upgrade knowledge and experience; ability to advise on redesign recommendations; and ensure that recommendations result in significant enhancements to the user experience. Must be able to effectively engage and coordinate with portal content owners and other cross functional resources to implement design changes. Required Skills: Experienced in managing complex business and online technology initiatives to include developing the project and governance structure, the project plan, identifying and mitigating emerging risks, and tracking and communicating status on each work stream of the project. Project or Program Managed Portal implementations or redesigns Experienced in leading strategic initiatives with budgets in excess of $1 million and durations of more than 12 months. Proven experience in working with various project lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) Proactively manage risks and the change management processes for each assigned initiative Demonstrated ability in managing and influencing others not within the direct reporting lines Ability to effectively work with all levels of an organization Experienced in change management processes Strong negotiation, interpersonal, partnership, and communications skills Experience and knowledge with social media, search engine optimization and mobile applications for HR Desired Skills: Familiarity with IBM Websphere portal, IBM Web Content Management, OpenText (Vignette) Content Management or equivalent PMI certification Business analysis and process redesign skills Management experience leveraging interactive technologies, Web2.0 interactivity and collaboration tools Understanding of user-centered analysis and design principles HR Business background applied to HR Portal implementation MIS Ntwk Assoc Mtg Date Sept 25th - Tues Reg Mtg - 6 pm - Berman Larson Kane Offices, Paramus - DO NOT use GPS for directions.
