Job Title: Technical Analyst/Software Engineer

Agency: New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Trenton,
NJ

Location: off-site Given our NJ office location Somerset NJ

Duration: one year

Skills:

. At least three (3) years' experience supporting environmental IT
projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level);

. At least three (3) years' experience working with client/server
and web-applications;

. At least three (3) years' experience working with Sybase
PowerBuilder;

. At least three (3) years' experience working with Sybase Power
Designer;

. At least three (3) years' experience working with Java Transaction
Access Program (jTAP), Java programming language, Java Script and
Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX);

. At least three (3) years' experience working with Oracle Databases
to develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages and triggers.

. Extensive knowledge of NJDEP operations and programs, business
processes, rules and regulations is required.

. Prior experience working directly with New Jersey Department of
Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Programs is strongly recommended;

. Prior experience with NJEMS, RSP and its integrated ancillary
systems are strongly recommended.
