Overview of Position:
The Federal Tax manager will have principal responsibility for the calculation of the financial statement, federal tax provision, preparation of the federal tax return, and maintenance of all tax accounts.
Primary Responsibilities:

Forecasts, analyzes and tracks all US Federal permanent book-to-tax differences.
Forecasts, analyzes and tracks all Federal temporary differences.
Prepares Federal tax estimates on a quarterly basis.
Primary responsibility for preparation of Federal tax return.

Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and tax return preparation software.

Overview of Position:
The successful candidate will lead the domestic tax function, with
principal responsibility for year-end and quarterly tax provision
processes, as well as the Company´s worldwide consolidated tax
provision. Such requirements will necessitate strong working alliances
with others within the Company and the Tax Department, since the
successful completion of these tasks will require coordination with
many, including the International Tax Group and the Controller´s
Department.
This position will also have responsibility for all domestic compliance
and controversy work, inclusive of the preparation and filing of the
company´s consolidated federal and state/local tax returns, as well as
IRS and state/local audits. The candidate will be expected to work
closely with the Department Vice President and the Director -
