Our client a Luxury Goods provider in the B2B and B2C space is implementing Salesforce.com and looking for a high-caliber Project Manager with structured experience to provide project management expertise and handle change management, business
process redesign and training. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hard working and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:
·         Lead project team in the planning, execution, and delivery of an enterprise CRM implementation.
·         Handle change management, business process redesign, and training.
·         Develop communication plans, work closely with stakeholders, and define training and execution.
·         Manage project ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
·         Determine best overall approach to minimize risk.
·         Work with business owners and senior management to understand and influence strategic initiatives.
·         Detailed planning and budgeting across multiple projects and project teams.

Requirements:
·         Experience working on a Saleforce.COM implementation project
·         Can work with in a structured PMO environment
·         Strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills
·         Must be professional and articulate with the ability to influence
·         PMP preferred
