The salary range is: 60K with 10% bonus structure. Car allowance included. Tableware products or Food Service experience not required but highly suggested. A young up and coming sales person would be the ideal fit. Ideally a person from the South Jersey area would be an optimal fit.
SUMMARY
Responsible for the strategic planning, implementing and executing of sales programs, both short and long range, for our total tabletop business through our distribution network and end users in Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey territory.
My clients HQ is up in North Jersey NJ, But they would only have to be there once in a while. Most of their Sales mangers are on the road and work from Home.
The territory is South Jersey, PA and DE.

Contract Length: 5 months plus
Location: Secaucus, NJ (no telecommuting)

Primary Accountabilities:
•Implement and testing Linux based distributed video security system software using C++.
•Work with team members to design and develop interfaces for system process and system devices.
•Create system software process design based on system requirements and high level system design
•Modify existing system software for new system features
•Provide technical supports for system software and its application.
Position Requirements:
•Has ability to identify and resolve system software problems
Communication Requirements
•Participate in periodic reviews with Sr. team members for design, implementation and changes information to team members.
Know-How Requirements:
•BSCS or BSEE
•3+ years experience developing software in Linux environment
•Good understanding of the C/C++ language programming skills
•Work experience with object oriented software design and design pattern
•Excellent knowledge of software design and development tools
•Good written and verbal communication skills

Our client is the Humane Society of the United States, the world's largest advocacy organization focused upon animal welfare and protection. They have engaged us to find a Controller to head their Accounting Division. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Position Overview
To maintain control of all company assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. This executive position provides an experienced and talented financial professional the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the success of this organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and direct all accounting functions (including annual audit and payroll) of HSUS and its affiliate organizations, including the international entities.
• Prepare and/or review all compliance filings including tax returns, state charitable solicitation registrations, business licenses, etc.
• Prepare and maintain a $140 million annual budget.
• Prepare and distribute all monthly and annual financial statements for HSUS' multiple funds.
• Establish and maintain all banking relationships.
• Monitor and manipulate cash flow to ensure coverage for $140 million annual expenditures.
• Devise and implement internal controls.
• Manage accounting of federal grants.
Qualifications
• CPA designation.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of "hands on" experience in financial / accounting management. Accounting experience within a non profit organization is desirable.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software.
