About our Speaker:
Alicja Lisnow is a Training, Technology, and Management expert with a career
that spans progressively responsible positions in Training and Development,
Sales Operations and Client Services. She has been responsible for
development and delivery of training programs to national and international
sales and service teams, deployment of Salesforce.com and hardware
technology.
Alicja's 25 year career with ADP Claims Services included positions as
Director of Training and Business Applications, Director of Sales
Operations, and Director of Client Services. In her last role at IncentOne,
Alicja held positions as Director of Corporate Training and Director of
Client Services.
Alicja holds a White Belt - Lean Six Sigma Certification, a BA and MA in
International Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck NJ, and
an MS in Educational Technology from Ramapo College of NJ with emphasis on
web design and development in adult education and learning.
Alicja Lisnow is a member of the NNJ ASTD and for the last several years
Chairperson of the NNJ ASTD Career Transition Special Interest Group. She
is also the founder of the Bergen Career Networking Community (BCNC), the
Women4Women Networking Group, and an active member of various Networking

Take Tonnele Ave/Route 1&9/Route 1/Route 9 to Route 3 West ramp toward
Clifton. After approximately 4 miles merge onto Route 17 North toward
Rutherford. After approximately 8 miles merger onto Route 4 West toward
Paterson. The entrance for 35 Plaza will be located on your RIGHT hand side
(same Plaza as Houlihans).
From Essex County:
Take the Garden State PKWY North to exit 161 Route 4 East toward Paramus.
After the exit bear left to merge onto Route 4 East. Once on Route 4 East
exit onto Spring Valley Road and make the first LEFT off the exit. This
will take you onto the over pass and follow signs to Route 4 West. The
entrance for 35 Plaza will be located on your RIGHT hand side (same Plaza as
Houlihans).
From Northern New Jersey, Orange County, New York City, & Rockland County:
A) Northern New Jersey:
GARDEN STATE PKWY South (pay toll). Merge onto Route 17 South via EXIT 163
on the LEFT HAND SIDE of the highway. Once on Route 17 South merge onto
Route 4 East. Once on Route 4 East, exit onto Spring Valley Road and make
the first LEFT off the exit. This will take you onto the overpass and
follow signs towards Route 4 West. The entrance for 35 Plaza will be located
on your RIGHT hand side (same Plaza as Houlihans).
B) Orange County
Take I-87 South/NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY South toward I-287/Route 17 South.
Merge onto I-287 South/Route 17 South via EXIT 15 toward NEW JERSEY
(Crossing into NEW JERSEY). Merge onto Route 17 South via EXIT 66 on the
LEFT toward MAHWAH. Merge onto Route 4 East. Once on Route 4 East exit
onto Spring Valley Road and make the first LEFT off the exit. This will
take you onto the overpass and follow signs towards Route 4 West. The
entrance for 35 Plaza will be located on your RIGHT hand side (same Plaza as
Houlihans).
C) New York City:
Cross the George Washington Bridge into New Jersey. Merge onto Route 4
West. Stay on Route 4 West for about 7 miles. The entrance for 35 Plaza
will be located on your RIGHT hand side (same Plaza as Houlihans).
D) Rockland County, NY
Take the I-287 West/I-87 North/NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY North. Take the
GARDEN STATE PKWY exit 14A, toward New Jersey. This highway will merge onto
NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY South (Crossing into New Jersey). NEW YORK STATE
THRUWAY South becomes GARDEN STATE PKWY South (pay toll). Merge onto Route
17 South via EXIT 163 on the LEFT HAND SIDE of the highway. Once on Route
17 South merge onto Route 4 East. Once on Route 4 East exit onto Spring
Valley Road and make the first LEFT off the exit. This will take you over
onto the overpass and follow signs towards Route 4 West. The entrance for
35 Plaza will be located on your RIGHT hand side (same Plaza as Houlihans).
From Passaic County
Take 287 North. Take Exit 59 NJ 208 South toward Franklin Lakes. Turn Slight
Left onto NJ-4 East. Keep right at fork to continue on Rt 4 East. Take the
exit for Spring Valley Road and make the first left in order to take the
overpass over Rt 4. Make a left at stop sign to complet the U-turn and merge
onto Rt 4 West. The entrance for Plaza 35 will be on your right hand side ½
a mile down. We are located next to Houlihan's and Starbucks.s
