Position Summary: In compliance with requirements, manage all aspects of the data (LAN/WAN) and voice network tasks with the primary objective to ensure reliable, timely and secure data and information processing across the enterprise.
Essential Functions/Percentage of Time Spent on Each:
- Manage the projects and operation of the data network (supported AD), messaging services (supported by Exchange), and the server environment in its entirety including upgrades, patches, enhancements, capacity planning, data backups and systems monitoring. - 50 %
- Manage and support the on-going development and maintenance of the LAN / WAN service including statistical and performance reporting. Ensure comprehensive network security. - 30 %
- Manage and support the company's PBX voice systems as well as mobile phones and PDAs. - 10 %
- Manage inventory of computer hardware and software together with respective licenses, support, maintenance and lease contracts. - 10 %
Other Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining a functional, fully tested disaster recovery plan addressing infrastructure services as well as primary business system recovery.
- Responsible for the facility's security of the data center and Help Desk areas together with managing data center configuration, equipment, and tidiness.
Oversee the management and support of the out-sourced corporate Help Desk environment.
- Global collaboration with IT teams and functional IT groups as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant areas. Masters degree a plus.
Experience: 8+ years in-depth working knowledge in the support of IT infrastructure, voice communications, LAN/WAN, Help Desk practices, Microsoft platforms, and CISCO systems. 3+ years managerial / supervisory experience.
Specific Skills: Broad technical data & voice network competency of both emerging technologies and legacy systems.
Skills in organization, coordination and management of multiple, simultaneous projects, often under strictly controlled times lines and budget.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc. Relevant Cisco and Microsoft certifications.
Supervisory Responsibility: Manages 1 Network Administrators, 1 System Administrator, 1 Network engineer. Furthermore, oversees the management and support of the out-sourced Help Desk team. Select, develop and motivate staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of specialized skills to maintain a high level of intrinsic knowledge. Lead and drive balanced staff profile reflecting data and voice network requirements to provide high quality, cost efficient IT services to the business. Obtain temporary consulting services as needed.

Job Summary:
Mid-size, retail distribution and supply chain Management Company located in
Somerset, NJ is looking for a hands on CFO to join our rapidly growing
organization. The candidate will have responsibility for the Accounting and
Finance function, Internal Control, Strategic Planning as well as presentations to
the Board of Directors, high profile customers, and other members of the executive
team. This opportunity is with a growing Global organization and requires a keen
strategist with significant financial leadership experience.
As a growing distribution organization we welcome candidates who have experience
leading the finance function in a global mid-size private or public company.
This position would not be a good fit for a large public company CFO.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Corporate Finance/Accounting: Significant experience implementing streamlined and
efficient accounting and financial systems and processes to support all company
functions both in the USA and our expanding international footprint:
-Responsible for the accurate and timely financial reporting for the Company in
accordance with US GAAP and exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS).
-Review existing international and domestic accounting functions and determine the
appropriate and optimal organization and structure.
-Review financial trends, ascertain their significance and draw conclusions
regarding financial implications. Make recommendations based on findings.
-Establish banking and financing relationships to meet the company's growing
capital requirements.
-Direct all aspects of cash management

providing and communicating a depth of financial strategic insight and analysis
throughout the organization and guide critical decision making.
-Develop a comprehensive "Financial Dashboard" reporting system.
-Delegate, supervise and approve the preparation of internal budget, forecast and
financial modeling.
-Establish a rolling forecast process.
Presentation Skills: We require a CFO with polished presentation skills.
Regular reporting to the Board of Directors, customers, regulatory agencies,
strategic business partners and corporations aligned with the goals and mission of

Team Player: Candidates must be able to form solid working relationships and a
strong atmosphere of teamwork within the finance department. The candidate will be
