Location: Bridgewater, NJ 08807
Duration: 18 months
Job Description:Duties: This position will be working with both GPO and Managed Care contracts. Analyze customer performance to determine the effectiveness of performance- based contracts. (Managed Care)
Analyze quarterly (GPO - Group Purchasing Organization) baseline data to determine rebate payments.
Ensure formulary complies with terms of the agreements.
Analyze contract exceptions for interpretation in the system(s) for accuracy of calculations/process compliance.
Manage all aspects of contracts including analyzing terms and conditions to appropriately set up contracts, plan membership maintenance, contract amendments and contract discount structure maintenance
Perform membership analysis on GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) members to assign appropriate class of trade and contract eligibility. Randomly audit members to ensure members meet eligibility criteria.
Review customer invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Load data into data pre-processor (ECP - internal s-a data processing system) within two weeks of rebate submission receipt.
Verify that all product and plan data submitted complies with contract requirements - interact with customers and account managers to resolve any data discrepancies
Analyze and process quarterly GPO administrative fee payments.
Analyze rebate payments utilizing reporting tools to compare quarterly sales, rebate, utilization and market share trends.
Manage workload appropriately to ensure payments are made on time.
Complies with all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills, judgment and problem solving ability.
Professional manner and tact - good oral and written communication skills.
Two to three years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and/or finance experience preferred.
Organized, accurate with detail oriented discipline, and dedicated to superior quality work.
Strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
Ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
Microsoft office with excellent Excel skills.
CARS/IS experience a plus.
Education:
Bachelors Degree with a Finance or Business concentration, or equivalent business experience.
