In order to support our growth, CGS is creating new positions in our Technical Recruiting organization.
CGS currently has positions available in our Iselin, New Jersey office for experienced Technical Recruiters.
Job Description: - Technical Recruiter
Qualified individuals must have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in sourcing and hiring Information Technology Professionals.
Responsibilities will include:
Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and recruiting candidates through various sources and methodologies.
Proactively source active and passive Information Technology candidates utilizing advanced techniques (cold calling, referral generation, job boards).
Partner with our Business Development and Account Managers to fill priority consulting positions for Fortune 500 companies.
Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of available candidates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required skills:
Passion for Technical Recruiting
Strong drive to succeed.
Ability to use a high level of originality and judgment.
Ability to identify and define problems, collect data, establish resolutions and present them to the Managing Partners.
Ability to read and comprehend correspondence and technical information.
Demonstrated organizational skills, detail oriented to independently prioritize workload of oneself and team.
Demonstrated experience and flexibly accepting and taking on new assignments and special projects.
Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to short deadlines as well as under pressure.
Possess effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
Experience working independently and as a team member with minimal task definition.
