This position will provide human resources (HR) leadership
and expertise for HR services including but not limited to employee relations,
organizational development, hiring & staffing, performance management,
employee development, compensation planning, issues resolution, and employee
advocacy and engagement programs. The HR Business Partner will have client
group as well as program management responsibilities.

Specific
Responsibilities Include:

• Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to
ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and
practices.

• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers
regarding employee relation's issues.

• Lead client organizations in the development of the annual
reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing,
compensation, and organization change / effectiveness.

• Partner with business leaders on multiple human resources
areas, including policies, processes and practices, evaluation and development
of personnel, annual reviews, and compensation planning, implementation of
process improvements, including leading change initiatives,
planning/facilitation, staffing and pipeline development.

• Provide leadership for the development and execution of
company and organization vision and structure, including development and
execution of plans to ensure that effective communication for client
organizations.

• Work with leaders and HR to continuously improve employee
engagement and satisfaction levels.

• Address employee issues and investigate and provide counsel
/ advice regarding concerns and problem resolution.

• Assist in the development and implementation of a variety of
HR programs and processes.

• Partner with the Employment & Staffing Manager and
client managers in the development of both a university relations strategy and
a co-op/intern program.

• Participate in a variety of community outreach programs and
activities.

• Learn and maintain detailed operating knowledge of all HR
systems, tools, and processes for GLOBALFOUNDRIES.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or
related field

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience

• Experience in developing and running co-op/intern programs

• Experience in University Relations and Campus Recruiting

• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal

• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of
the organization and experience in working with external constituencies
(vendors, universities, community organizations

• Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet

There will be various workshops focusing on different skills needed to obtain employment including:
• Business Attire
• Community Resources
• Job Hunting & Search Tips
• Interview Tips
• Professional
Networking
• Resume Building/
Resume Reviewing
• Information Session
The fair will be free to anyone who would like to attend. The goal of this event is to
support United Way's initiative on two areas of need within Somerset County: Achieving
Life Readiness and Achieving Financial Stability and Independence. In order to reach
these goals, people must be able to search and obtain gainful employment.
The fair will offer complimentary tips and advice for the whole employment process
from searching for jobs to having successful interviews. Attendees will meet with
human resource, staffing agency and corporate professionals from various industries
and businesses to discuss and receive advice regarding the Job Search Process. Free
one-on-one resume review sessions will also be offered so please bring your resume!
