Strategic HR Change Agent
Looking for a Corporate Human Resource Manager to be based within the HQ of a leading, consumer goods company in Greater Nashville, TN.
This company has recently gone through a few strategic acquisitions, diversifying their product portfolio. The HR Manager will support the group made up of the recent acquisitions. The most recent acquisition took place in 2007, so this group has come a long way but have much further to go.
The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of progressive HR experience including some within consumer packaged goods. They will be a strategic, change agent that has experience supporting sales employees. Candidates that have significantly impacted a business in the past are preferred. Up to 40-50% travel throughout Eastern US and into Canada will be involved, although amount of travel is ultimately determined by this manager. This is a newly created role for a stable organization with limitless growth potential.
The compensation is flexible although ideally up to a max base of $105K, plus bonus, great benefits and relocation will be provided.
