Position Responsibilities - Summary:
This person will be the TIBCO SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the firm and
participate in or lead large project driven TIBCO Implementation activities
for Fortune 1000 types of firms. Individual must have significant experience
and background in BPM/BPI Consulting & Implementation activities. Must be
very hands on technically. The first project that this person will undertake
is for a large, Investment Management type of Firm located in the NJ Area.
Required Technical Skills and Competencies:
· 5+ years of Technical Architecture or Technical Project Management
experience working with TIBCO on a full range of implementation activities -
Strategy, definition, business process modeling, requirements,
administration, integration, & deployment.
· 2+ years of TIBCO BusinessWorks experience in conjunction with a
BPM Suite of Products, (iProcess highly preferred).
· Broad and deep background in most current technologies:
· SOA
· Java/J2EE or C#/.Net Technologies
· Messaging
· Web Services
· Operating Platforms (Linux, Unix, Windows)
· Database Platforms (Oracle/SQL Server)
· UML, XML, & Use Cases
Pluses:
· Experience working for a Software Vendor, Consulting Firm, or
Professional Services Organization
Other Skills/Requirements;
· Experience working on large, complex, enterprise wide, multiple
month, implementation projects

I have several permanent openings in Long Island for a major company. Please let me know if you, or anyone else that you know, is a match and is interested.
1) Business Intelligence Specialist - OLAP and reporting tools;T-SQL required; Business Objects experience required; Hyperion experience preferred.
2) Sr Analyst; Bus Intelligence - Demonstrated ability to apply data warehousing concepts and principles in a business environment required. Expertise in developing MAXL scripts within the Hyperion Essbase environment required. Expertise in writing MDX (multidimensional expressions) queries required. Experience with EAS (Essbase Administration Services) and EIS (Essbase Integration Services) required. Experience with Calc Scripts and Essbase Security required. Experience developing dashboards/reports in Hyperion Analyzer & Hyperion Reports required. Expertise using query/report writing software tools that interface with IT systems required. Expertise in data analysis and in writing stored procedures in MS SQL Server T-SQL required.
3) IT Business Analyst - AS/400 and JD Edwards experience is required. General business experience including sales, distribution and warehouse.Expert knowledge of financial systems is required. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and project management skills are required. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint is required.
4)IT Quality Assurance Analyst - AS/400 and JD Edwards experience is required. Working knowledge of SQL preferred Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Project required. Experience with automated testing tool, preferably HP Quality Center Testing Products (Mercury) preferred. Ability to analyze requirements and design suitable test plans and cases required.
