Certification in Contracting, Contracts Negotiations, ParaLegal desirable
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consulting or managed care organization
Must have an understanding of HIPAA, Benefit Risk Management policies & related regulations, HCC, EU Safe harbor regulations, IM Compliance regulations, intellectual property issues, federal regulations governing clinical research, and the uniform commercial code
A working knowledge of clinical research trial processes is desired
An understanding of contracting process including knowledge of Legal, budgetary, and scope of work issues is desired
Must possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Must be able to make sound business decisions.
Ability to flex multiple decision-making styles is a requirement.

Manager of Training and Development (Field Operations) - Princeton, NJ
Autism Speaks is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments and cure for autism. Due to expansion, we have a new career opportunity available for an experienced Manager of Training and Development (Field) in our Princeton, NJ office. The selected individual will design, develop, update, and deliver field training and development programs primarily in fundraising (with the emphasis on Walks) and mission integration for field staff and volunteer leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Defines specific training needs and learning objectives, aligning with Field Operations' strategic and tactical plans (primarily in Walk, chapter development and community events)
· Researches and develops content by working with subject matter experts, end-users, field management
· Researches emerging industry trends, such as new technologies (webinars), concepts and techniques
· Designs field training programs (traditional and web-based) and learning initiatives with an emphasis on the 5 core elements of Walk (top teams, new teams, corporate development, top walkers, and volunteer development) .
· Creates training materials (i.e., skill builders, job aids, ready reference, training curriculum and training roadmap, etc.), and updates training materials when necessary

Our client, provides a unique solution in Unified IP Management and Security Software for large service providers worldwide. Currently our
client is currently hiring for a DIRECTOR OF SALES, to be dedicated to the AT&T account. The AT&T account is an established account and is open due to expansion. This is a North American based company, headquartered in California.
In this role, the Sales Director will be responsible for revenue generating sales. This position will be held accountable for achieving specific direct sales revenue goals as well as perform agreed upon major business objectives designed to further company wide business goals. This position will require travel.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· The successful candidate must have minimum 4 years of experience in Carrier Class, Tier 1 Market place with SYSTEMS SALES SOLUTIONS.
· Previous Sales experience (min 4 - 7 years) preferably selling to AT&T - for a data network vendor, service provider or network security-related company.
· Previous experience successfully responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
· Must live in NJ
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT OPTIONAL:
· Understanding of network topologies, equipment and protocol analysis. Packet capture/intercept experience is a plus.
· Understanding of TCP/IP, routing topologies and protocols including BGP4 and MPLS. Knowledge of other routing protocols such as OSPF, ISIS, and RIPv2 is preferred.
· Understanding of Internet security - Firewall, IDS, IPS, Virus, Internet worms, DDoS, and network exploits.
· Understanding of Access control and authentication infrastructure (iPlanet, .NET, Netegrity, RSA/Securant, Oblix, LDAP, CMS, PKI,
· RADIUS/Tacacs+) is preferred.
· Network management understanding (SNMP, RMON, OpenView, Unicenter,
· Tivoli, Micromuse Netcool) is preferred.
· Understanding of AT&T Labs organization a plus.
