This is a Principal / AVP level position Salary upto 160k Base + bonus

*Locations*: Dallas TX or New Jersey / New York

*Responsibilities & Activities Description*

· Leadership position reporting to Business Technology Head

· Ownership in practice building in developing consulting
approaches, IP, toolkits and client value propositions.

· Ensure consulting approaches are practitioner based, business
metric driven, end to end and consistent across process domains.

· Revenue targets in direct consulting and influence revenue in
winning annuity BPO deals

· Drive pipeline creation and new client acquisition for the
practice working closely with the BPO sales team and Geo-business managers
(horizontal practice sales personnel) on a global basis for all offerings
under Fulfillment operations/ Supply chain or Sourcing and Procurement

· Implements and executes the practice level strategy by reviewing
account level plans of different clients IN ORDER TO expand the footprint

· Lead the client analytical process to develop value propositions
and consulting proposals and supervise the resultant consulting engagements
to realise the value defined.

· Work with senior BPO horizontal personnel to ensure consistency
of IP tool kits.

· Provides support to Sales and Account management teams based on
an in-depth understanding of a specific domain within the practice;

· Provide expert views on trends in a specific domain based on
domain expertise IN ORDER TO create a pipeline of clients and grow revenue.

· Carry out functional domain intensive training IN ORDER TO get
the appropriate domain skilled resources.

· Creates career development & succession planning for direct
reportees, mentors key personnel in the practice IN ORDER TO ensure
sustainable employee engagement, retain competencies & motivation within the
Practice.

· Building alliances with key deal advisors, CXO level customers,
speaking at important conferences, white papers etc.

*Skills required:* Consulting skills, deep understanding of the supply
chain/fulfillment or sourcing and procurement domain, Negotiation Skills,
Leadership skills, Cross cultural skills, Business development skills,
solutioning skills

*Industry experience:* Manufacturing, Hi-tech, Retail/CPG, Media &
Entertainment, Aero/Auto

*Domain experience:* Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Customer service, Revenue
Operations, Order management and/or Sourcing, Procurement, Spend Management,
Purchasing, Category Management

This is a Full time direct hire (W2 only) position, no 3rd party candidates
