The position consists of analyzing, designing, coding, and testing systems
that support the investment management and sales & marketing functions.
Requirements:
. BA / BS in Computer Science or related discipline
. 3-5 years experience in application development
. Experience with business systems analysis
. Development experience with ASP.Net 2.0+, Oracle, SQL Server and similar
technologies
. Testing experience with the same
. Experience with unit-testing/test-driven- development a plus
. Experience in the financial sector a plus

Job Description A major Broker Dealer located in New Jersey is looking for a Relationship Manager – Prime Brokerage.
Responsibilities:
Require a self-motivated individual to establish and close sales opportunities.
Will foster and promote strategic partnerships with customers to ensure continuous business growth and
Client retention.
Will emphasize relationship management in order to assist customers in the formulation and implementation of
Their strategic growth plans.
Will build internal relationships with various business units throughout the Broker Dealer to facilitate lead generation
And referrals.
Liason with other departments in order to direct efforts to pre-qualify leads or gain market share.
Participate in industry conferences and meetings in order to monitor industry developments, generate leads
And gauge competitors.
Skills Required Masters Degree is a plus; Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years relevant sales and relationship management experience
In a financial services environment, specifically hedge funds, prime brokerage and other alternatives.
Ability to interface with all levels of management including the strong ability to interact effectively with internal and
External senior management.
Strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Extensive network of contacts in the Hedge Fund, Prime Services, Alternative Asset Management Industry.
Relevant financial services securities licenses ( Series 7 and 63 )
Demonstrated experience in the management of business critical projects.
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and/or PC proficiency
In Windows based programs.
Salary Range This is a full time position which will pay up to 150k plus a bonus.
