Pharmaceutical company in Parsippany is looking for a Project Manager to work in the Financial Investments department with financial projects.

This consultant will be charged with the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

 Lead the planning and implementation of project

 Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

 Define project tasks and resource requirements

 Assist development of full scale project plans

 Assemble and coordinate project staff

 Plan and schedule project timelines

 Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

 Constantly monitor and report on progress of all projects to all stakeholders and upper management

 Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

 University degree or college diploma, MBA preferred

Successful candidate will possess at a minimum:

 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.

 Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

 Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

 Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

 Flexibility during times of change

 Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

 Ability to defuse tension among project team, should it arise

 Strong written and oral communication skills
