The tour will include a review of the GAP’s distribution center processes:
· Inbound: Offloading process and a new “4I Initiative” that involves vendors entering carton attributes, and labeling cartons.
· Stocking: Forklift replenishment process and movement of product to different picking areas in preparation for outbound shipment
· Unit Picking: Where individual units not meeting full-carton demand are picked and packed for shipment to stores
· Sorting: The automated Crisplant system that sorts merchandise by store into a chute system and then will inform associates when carton demand has been reached in order to close carton and send to shipping for loading.
· Shipping: Automated 96 door shipping wing where shipments are loaded for service to the 325 NE stores through Line haul and Direct store Provider.

4:30 - 5:00 pm - Meet at the main visitor's gate – details to follow
5:00 – 7:45 pm - Site overview, Facility Tour, Dinner and Q&A
Dinner: Sandwiches & Soft drinks will be served following the tour
