You are receiving this email because you recently registered with Professionals
for NonProfits on our website.
One of our New Jersey (Gateway region of NJ) nonprofit clients is seeking a
temporary staffer to manage their Fall semester phonathon program. The manager
will be responsible for all aspects of the phonathon including management of
student callers, call center management and tracking and reporting.
Management of Student Callers:
* Interview and hire callers
* Train callers
* Define & implement caller incentive program
* Supervise all calling sessions
Call Center Management:
* Assist with scripting
* Production of call sheets
- Defining segments
- Establishing calling codes for each segment
- Print call sheets (org is a manual calling center -- no automation!)
Tracking and Reporting:
* Work with gifts processor to ensure completed calls are logged into the
database including gifts, pledges, refusals, etc.
* Provide regular reports on calling stats
* File and maintain records for future reference
The expected start date of this position is October 4th, 2010 and should run 7
weeks from Sunday - Thursday on full time hours. If it's a right fit, the
position has the potential to become permanent. The hourly pay rate for this
position is $31.00/hr.

Administrative Assistant with Accounting Skills for CPA Office
Boutique CPA firm (located in Somerset, New Jersey) has an immediate openin~
for a front desk person who can assist with bookkeeping tasks and work on a
variety of projects. This position offers much diversity and autonomy.
Skills required:
Proper telephone etiquette, professionalism and strong organizational
skills.
Must be able to work with little supervision.
Computer literate with good knowledge of Word & Outlook; Excel and
Access a plus.
General bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred.
