Figured you might know someone looking for a sales job. I have taken a side
position as a Regional Sales Manager for a new Internet Listing Service Company
working with Landlords and property managers. We are looking for Account
Managers all over the country. The position is 100% commission based and can be
done part time. We are estimating that even if they work only 2-3 hours a day
they have the potential to make $50-100,000 a year.

Position:Secretarial position for an Architectural firm

Job Description:

* Provide daily reports of verbal and written transactions to the Principal
Architect
* Answer and document all incoming phone calls/emails of our respective clients
* Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
* Establish and maintain a weekly inventory of office resources
* Type and distribute minutes of meetings
* Implement and maintain effective office systems
* Maintain schedules and calendars
* Arrange and confirm appointments
* Handle incoming mail and other material
* Set up and maintain filing systems
* Maintain fluid communication with internal and external contacts
* Maintain a suitable work environment for both clients and staff
Education and Experience Requirements:

* Must have an active Department of Buildings Identification Card
* Must be proficient in English and Spanish
* Must have extensive experience with Department of Buildings documentation
* knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets,
word processing, and database management
* knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
* Preferred, but not required knowledge of business principles
