Agile   You Need Real ROI To Make Decisions that Payoff
Presented By Robin Goldsmith
Business situations often require formally-determined ROI. But formality alone
may not appreciably improve ROI reliability. In fact, 10 seldom recognized but
very common pitfalls tend to make most ROIs unreliable. In this webinar, Robin
Goldsmith explains how to determine right, responsible, and reliable REAL ROIĆ¢„¢
that overcomes these pitfalls while guiding you to decisions that pay off.

Using Twitter in the Enterprise
Presented By Ed Yourdon
The latest Web 2.0 concept is lightweight, single-purpose "micro-blog" tools,
such as Twitter. But the most common reaction from IT organizations is: "What is
Twitter? Why would anyone use it? What value could it have for our enterprise?"
This webinar, presented by Ed Yourdon, will address questions like these, and
illustrates the answers with case studies and real-world examples.

Right-Sizing Requirements Elicitation: Balancing Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
Presented By Gary Gack
Some advocates of Agile methods believe they have found the holy grail.
Advocates of more traditional methods push back. Agile methods derive from Lean,
and Lean has been effectively combined with Six Sigma. So how do all of these
different ideas fit together? This webinar with Gary Gack examines the
intersection of these perspectives as they relate to determining Requirements.
