Market Place 2010 - Poughkeepsie NY - 10/27/10

Posted by: "robertjzanfardino" zanfardino4@earthlink.net   robertjzanfardino

Thu Oct 14, 2010 5:28 am (PDT)

Folks,

I just wanted to remind you, we are now less than two weeks away from Market Place 2010. On 10/27/10 starting at 11:00, the doors will open at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel in Poughkeepsie NY. This showcase will present all types of businesses large and small in the Hudson Valley Region. This is another great opportunity for you to network, meet new contacts and research potential employers for you to follow up on. It is all about networking!

Due to the large response that the Dutchess Regional Chamber of Commerce received regarding the Work Local First Job Fair Seminar Series held on 9/15/10, we have been asked once again to return and provide our employment strategies. In addition to adding a fourth speaker, back by popular demand we will once again have a mock interview session where you can put your questions to the speakers.

Please go to the following link http://www.2010marketplace.com/ look for the seminar tab: "Jump Start Your Careers" to get further details on the event. To ensure available seating, we ask you to call the chamber at 845-454-1700 and sign up for the seminars before 10/27/10.

Regards,

Rob

Hello All,

Do any of you have connections to Schindler (Elevator) USA & Canada?  They have
a presence in Morristown, NJ.

There is an opportunity there that would be a good one for me.

I have already checked LinkedIn and have reached out to one person who may be
able to help, but, in this case, more is better.

Many thanks,

Mark Yonskie
