My client is a $2BB privately held organization that is an industry leader in
the design and manufacturing of plastic rigid containers. They are seeking a
Continuous Improvement Manager to work out of there Metro-Detroit location.
The CI Manager position focuses on driving standardized processes and quality
improvement throughout the organization through leading the Continuous
Improvement team and actively engaging with all manufacturing locations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Minimum Four year Statistics or Engineering degree (preferred)
· Multi Site manufacturing experience preferably for a Global
organization.
· At least 7 years experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality
assurance environment
· Experience as a quality manager
· Certified Lean Six Sigma black belt (NOT Required but MUST know it and
use it in some form)
· Sound understanding of ISO 9001, preferably a certified lead auditor
· Energetic Self starter

International ad agency – growing at a fast rate
60 offices internationally, over 2000 staff
Partnered with an even larger media services company
US Citizen, Green Card or PR Holder only
Role located in their NYC USA headquarters, near Grand Central.
As the Director of Analytics you will be the champion of mix modeling – and you will own the data and analytics, working closely with and report to the SVP Director, Media Analytics at this NYC based ad agency. Clients include leaders in broadband entertainment, financial services and other industries. Project management skills, the ability to shift gears quickly and work with some ambiguity are essential in this position. Expert analytical skills a must as well as an ability to clearly communicate verbally and in the written word. Prefer candidates in the Greater NYC area – no relocation allocation. No direct reports.
This is a fast paced environment and will need someone who can think on their feet, change gears and priorities on project work load as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degrees in relevant areas of focus a plus.
7-10 yrs of corporate analytical experience. Expert hands-on experience in statistics, modeling and segmentation. Advanced use of SAS required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Strong project management, presentation and client-facing skills as well as ability to clearly communicate verbally and in the written word.
Customer Focus (customer orientation; responsiveness; relationship building; explain complex methods; maintain integrity while meeting customer needs)
