Job Description: Montclair State University (MSU) invites applications and nominations for the position of Executive Director-Enterprise Systems Implementation Project. The Executive Director will have full-time on site responsibility for the effective and successful implementation of the new Enterprise System. · Contract Administration - Serve as the primary contact with one or more software, hardware and consulting vendors for the project. Project oversight will include activities such as change management, status meetings with vendors, budget controls and consultant and contractor performance monitoring.
· Communications with Communities of Interest on Overall Implementation - Frequent communications with the Executive Steering Committee for the Bell Tower Initiative, meetings with the President and the President's Cabinet, as well as with other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
· Assure Appropriate Participation in Effective Operations - Ensure appropriate planning to address staff training needs and correctly integrate all facets to take each project phase from implementation to production.
