Please send this out to your networking groups. An infrastructure Project Manager contract to work in Piscataway and sometimes in NYC or Caldwell. Strong Firewalls, Switches, VMWare knowledge. Can pay up to 65 hour.
The technical skills: General application dev/ infrastructure –Firewall switches, Network switches, VMWare. Person won't have to configure a router but should know generally "this is how traffic is routed"

Oracle Financials Team Lead, Application Development - perm or contr

Title: Team Lead, Application Development
Location: Shelton, CT
This is a perm postion or contract-to-hire position
Reporting to the Director of Application Development, the Team Lead, will
provide day to day Production support for the Oracle Single Global Instance
(R12) Procedure to pay modules. This person will be responsible for leading
a team of consultants and/ or development staff in the analysis, design,
development and implementation of bug-fixes, enhancements, and projects.
Good communication and team skills are required, including the ability to
work well with users and upper management as well as the line of business.
This position requires an excellent understanding of Oracle databases,
processes and financials applications. Knowledge and experience in Oracle
version 12I including Procure-to-Pay track including Projects, Fixed Asset
modules, iProcurement, Purchasing and Payables modules is an absolute MUST.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in application development, problem resolution
and system enhancements
* Develop software code that conforms to IT standards for quality and
conformity
* Works with providers of software and hardware products as well as
Oracle support
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in system analysis,
programming, project implantation and technical management
* 7-10 years experience with Oracle Applications, including at least 1
year with version R12 is absolute must.
* Experience in Procure-to-Pay track including Projects, Fixed Asset
modules, iProcurement, Purchasing and Payables is absolute must.
* Strong experience in developing Oracle Workflow and AME rules.
* Strong experience and understanding of PL/SQL is absolute must.
* Hands-on experience with Java, JDeveloper and OA Framework.
* Expertise in Oracle Developer for Reports and Forms.
* Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills is required.
* Knowledge of UNIX sufficient to write shell scripts and to debug
existing scripts to process financial data.
* Understanding of Logical Apps and/or Oracle GRC toolsets a plus.

Overview
Our client has an immediate need for a SQL Server DBA who will be working
closely with business analysts, developers and end users. Candidates must
be available to start working within 5 business days, and possess good
problem solving and analytical skills. Must have excellent communication
skills and a pleasant demeanor as this is NOT a back room type of position.
Required Skills and Experience:
* MUST have at least 5 years of experience, with all of the following
no exceptions;
-SQL*Server Data Base Administration, back up recovery, tuning and query
optimization
-TRANSACT-SQL experience, stored procedures, functions, triggers and full
text indexing
-Data Base design experience
-SQL Server Integration Services
-MySQL Data Base Administration
-Linux
Pluses:
* Experience with .NET, especially c-sharp
* Experience working in a B2C internet environment
* Cold Fusion or PHP development experience.
