Peter Lutz - Laid Off from AIG

Terry,

I was laid off from my position with AIG (Chartis Insurance) this past
Tuesday. Needless to say, I was shocked and made numb by it since I was not
expecting this to happen. The company announded a $ 2.4 billion loss for the
past quarter and needed to restructure and reduce expenses. I will be
launching a job search and could use your advice and input.

I will probably attend the Breakfast Club meeting tomorrow morning...I was
struggling with deciding whether to attend St. Matthias or the Breakfast
Club. I am wondering if there will be any handouts or notes from Abby
Kohut's presentation.

Would you possibly be free some time in the next week or 2 to meet for
coffee or lunch ?

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Peter Lutz
