Please read the spec below for a Director, OSG (Operations Support Group)  The spot is focused on managing 3rd party systems, staff mgmt (10-12-BSA's and 1 Supv. and 1 Mgr.  The salary is open to 130K-135K and is replacement for someone who transferred inrternally to another post. 

 

 

Job Title:      Director, OSG
Department: Information Services / Operations Support Group
Reports To:  VP, Operations Support Group
Position Summary:
The Director, OSG will be responsible for the day to day oversight of key 3rd Party applications. These duties include resource management, budget oversight and application support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience is 3rd Party software Support & Vendor Management. The position will require weekend/evening support during System Upgrades, Disaster Recovery Drills and Production Outages.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In this role the Director, OSG will be responsible for all aspects of support of key 3rd party applications which includes day-to-day support, software upgrades oversight and new application implementations where the Operations Support Group (OSG) is involved.  This includes all aspects of providing excellent Customer Service to our internal and external customers.
  • Vendor Management - The candidate will be responsible for managing those 3rd party vendors whose software falls under their direction. The candidate will insure the vendor adheres to any Service Level Agreements (SLA's) which are part of the contract between HF Management Services, LLC and the vendor.
  • MSO Client oversight for any contracted entity where HF Management Services, LLC provides services to an outside entity.
  • Budget Oversight - The candidate will oversee the items within the IS-OSG budget which pertain to his/her area.
Education Requirements:
The employee is required to possess a Bachelor's Degree. 
Work Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience is required. 
Supervisory Experience:
5-8 years of supervisory/management experience is required. 
Technical Skills:
The employee is required to possess advanced level skills in Crystal Reports and SQL as well as intermediate knowledge of
