Network Operations Center Manager

Our client, a large international technology services company in midtown Manhattan, is looking to hire a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager on a full time basis.

This person will be responsible for managing a team of network operations technicians in a 24 x7 environment. This person will be responsible for maintaining standards of service in the NOC, ensuring service level agreements (SLA's) are being met, providing technical guidance to team members, scheduling, performance management, employee reviews, staffing, and handling escalated network operations issues. This person will interface with various hardware and software vendors. They will be reporting various network operations statistics and documenting incidents.
