The WebSphere Portal Engineer is responsible for ongoing maintenance/support of the Portal infrastructure including the production internet and intranet sites. This includes performing regularly scheduled maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting problems and performance tuning, addressing security issues, and developing/implementing standards, policies, and procedures. It also includes installing new web applications and upgrading vendor software releases. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving problems using structured troubleshooting methods, techniques, and tools; this will require close coordination with other departments within Systems and with external vendors during problem analysis/resolution.

Technical Experience;

· IBM WebSphere Portal v6 & v7 & Application Serverv6 & v7; performance, tuning and debugging of all software issues

• IBM WebSphere Portal installation, upgrade releases, support developers

· Troubleshooting, developing, deploying and supporting the applications on WebSphere Portal

• Knowledge of general internetworking concepts

• TCP/IP

• UNIX, Microsoft Windows 2003 and Linux

• Load Balancers (F5 Local Traffic Managers)

• IIS, Andrews File System, SiteScope, IBM Lotus Connections v2/5 & v3.0.

Knowledge/Skillset:

• Must have strong verbal communication skills
· College degree preferred; 4+ years corporate experience with WebSphere Portal Infrastructure

Job Description:
The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) analyst will provide full-time support for the risk, audit and compliance programs of the Technology Services Group. This includes:

1. Monitor, guide, facilitate and report on IT audits, risks, and compliance issues.
2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that issues are documented and timely resolved.
3. Prepares monthly matrix status reports and facilitates monthly status meeting with key stakeholders and senior managers.
4. Evaluates and implements risk reduction strategies.
5. Develops governance and risk analysis frameworks, policies, procedures, standards, and necessary documentations following an appropriate methodology approved by management.
6. Instill accountability, transparency, discipline and control across the focus areas.
7. Creates, disseminates and updates (as required) appropriate documentation including the IT risk and control matrices.
8. Conducts operational, security and risk related control assessments to ensure compliance to industry specific guidelines, such as ISO 27001, COSO, ITIL or COBIT.

10. Interfaces with Internal and External Audit and Compliance functions to facilitate compliance activities.
11. Maintains an up to date understanding of risk, audit and compliance industry best practices.
12. Works on projects as subject matter expert.

We are working to fill a 12-month contract that starts ASAP.  The position is in North Brunswick, NJ and with a large financial services organization.  I am hoping that you have suggestions of individuals (if it is not a fit for you) whose background(s) are a match for the position qualifications.  The job details are listed below:
 The Home Preservation Campaign Manager is responsible for executing all or part of focused direct-to-consumer outreach campaigns to the WFHM Servicing portfolio.  These efforts include   customers who may be eligible for various loan workout options (i.e. loan modifications, home liquidation). Efforts are conducted via various direct marketing channels (i.e.: direct mail, telemarketing, ATM, voicemail broadcasting, statement marketing, collateral, etc).
Campaign managers work in partnership and will take day-to-day direction from marketing Program Managers. The successful candidate is comfortable bringing tactical execution to broader strategic vision, working in a cross-functional environment and leveraging reporting and data for continual improvements to projects and outreach efforts.
 
 
Description of Responsibilities:

Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop innovative communications that support brand positioning, corporate initiatives and line of business strategies.
Work with internal data analyst team(s) to develop data file specifications and ensure that output files reflect the correct, approved  audience selection criteria.
Work with the production group to manage vendor relationships, which may include securing pricing, maximizing production efficiencies, overseeing production and lettershop processes, and approving proofs and live data audits.
Set up campaign design on the front-end for tracking, analysis and testing needs including recommending campaign timing and response projections
Work with Legal, Compliance) and Credit Risk departments to ensure adherence to all federal, state compliance laws – including direct to consumer solicitation and privacy policies.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective, efficient and compliant campaign execution.
Oversee and maintain budget and confirming campaigns remain in line with initial campaign estimates.
Maintain clear and open communication with Program Manager.
 
 
Minimum Qualifications
o   Exceptional attention to detail

o   In-depth working knowledge of direct response strategies
o   Prior experience developing creative materials including ability to evaluate creative copy and design
o   Understanding of the print production process, knowledge of lettershop process, general knowledge of postal regulations, including pricing and efficiencies for first and standard mail, strong familiarity with file layouts and data dumps; ability to write detailed mail file specifications
o   Exceptional attention to detail
o   Strong project coordination skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
o   Experience working closely with data / analytics
