This person should also be able to interact with different levels of Citi personnel â€" someone that is aware of the audience and comports themselves accordingly. Also necessary is a management of the team personnel regarding their assignments, workload, delegation and time management.
 
PM has to have strong project management skills (e.g., task breakdowns, prioritization, the allocation of resources, issues identification, tracking and resolution skills, etc.).  The PM also has to be able to provide a view the project across the SDLC phases, all the way from requirements gathering through post-implementation.
