Lead and coach a team of Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Electrical design
engineers in the development of Test Equipment for the Aerospace Industry.
Develop engineering team capability to meet needs of growing organization
and growing customer base. Incorporate best practices in engineering

V. PRIMARY PURPOSE & SCOPE:

This position will have responsibility for controls engineering plus
planning and coordination of all maintenance activities for a large
facility. This includes analysis of equipment needs, resolving maintenance
reliability issues, developing preventative/predictive maintenance programs,
and planning and managing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to prevent
and/or minimize equipment downtime. The successful candidate will
demonstrate a clear understanding of the balance between people and
technology in order to maintain optimal production performance.

Must have extensive knowledge of databases including Microsoft SQL-Server; Oracle knowledge a plus.
Must have several years experience with large scale systems base upon the Microsoft Windows .NET platform.
Experience integrating Microsoft .NET and Java technologies strongly desirable.
Ability to develop proof of concept prototypes or the ability to guide developers to do the same.
Must be very focused and driven to succeed
Must be based in New York metropolitan area
Requirements:
Master̢۪s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
