SummaryOur client's Global Infrastructure Shared Services division located
in Northern NJ is seeking a Global Network Architect to join the team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and
architectural design of a Global Enterprise Network Infrastructure for an

The candidate will be part of the Global Network Design and
Architecture team as a key contributor toward the design, architecture and Level

Responsibilities
Designing and
implementing global next generation contemporary voice, data and video
networks
Design, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco routers and
switches
WAN and LAN environments including networking concepts such as
advanced routing (primarily BGP and EIGRP) and Quality of Service
MPLS
networks inclusive of Quality of Service architecture design
Hands on in
design and deployment of Network based applications (i.e. Microsoft Product
Suite – Exchange, Forefront, OCS, Active Sync; Domain Name Services)
Provide
recommendations on architectural changes and design enhancements to the
infrastructure to improve reliability and performance, reduce cost, and
anticipate company growth and acquisitions
Evaluate network and security
equipment and services to ensure they meet business and technical
requirements
Maintain documentation of company network architecture standards
as part of a continual architecture lifecycle process
QualificationsMust
have a minimum of 10 years of solid Enterprise infrastructure architecture and
standards experience in large global network environments
Must have strong

Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred
