The client is in Lakewood, and this is to work for the CEO.
They want resumes and will interview. - ASAP They will offer $40/45 plus
benefits after about 3 months if it is a fit.
Spherion will be paying $20/22 before then...
Candidates must have experience as executive assistant to company
officers.

Job Title: PMG Technology Project Manager
This position will perform the Project Management function for the refinement of the technology infrastructure and support. The position requires the following skills and competencies:
o Independently Facilitate discussions to define work breakdown structures, estimate work effort and resource load project plans utilizing Microsoft Project
o Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
o Independently facilitate discussions to resolve complicated cross-team issues
o Independently track progress on team activities and direct corrective action in the event that tasks fall behind schedule
o Independently measure progress and report results to project leadership
o Prepares project plans, including project scope and objectives, scope definition, deliverables, and project schedules, defines project activities and estimates effort to meet project goals and objectives.
o Working with PepsiCo Senior Management and dispersed team members
o Tracks requested project changes
o Tracks and monitors issues and risks for prompt resolution
o Schedules and facilitates meetings to communicate the status of projects to Senior Management, management and team members.
Required:
MS Project Server
PLM
PMP
PMP Certified
Required Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
o Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Management Role that delivered successful IT projects across the entire Project Management Lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Executing/Controlling, and Closure).
o Complete understanding of project management tools, procedures and overall full life cycle project management.
o Project Management experience in IT Infrastructure environment
o Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with all levels of employees and management; must work well with people and have demonstrated ability to lead team members without direct authority
o Candidate must possess a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
o Knowledge of formal project management methodologies (People, Process, Information, and Technology) and the Project Management Lifecycle
o Experience managing Information Technology infrastructure and software projects.
o Deep knowledge of Microsoft Project software (at least 3-years of experience)
o PMP certification highly desirable.

The salary range is: 50-55K with bonus structure dependent on sales.
Commission will be at most 10% of base pay.
Client will provide training.
SUMMARY
Responsible for the strategic planning, implementing and executing of
sales programs, both short and long range, for our total tabletop
business through our distribution network and end users in
Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey territory.
My clients HQ is up in North Jersey NJ, But they would only have to be
there once or twice a month. Most of their Sales mangers are on the road
and/or work from Home. The territory is South Jersey, PA and DE.
