$$ range is 160 up to 180K base salary plus bonus, etc.
· Experienced in overseeing system development and implementation.
· Scientific background and expert understanding of pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements and guidelines (Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), ICH Guidelines, Corporate/Regional SOPS)
· Broad understanding of and experience with the clinical development and Data Management process as well as Data Management applications. Experience in working with Business Process Outsourcing group and with system integrators.
· Expertise in managing relationships and interfacing with numerous industry colleagues as an articulate communicator with strong negotiation skills in a global environment
· History of working in complex global team environments in supervisory roles with numerous/diverse stakeholders
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to give/receive feedback and build consensus
· 15+ years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/
