Consultant must have: hands on experience in IT Project Management, Implementation, and all BA tasks…Data / Field Mapping, Interface design (not construction) data capture, reconciliation, palliation testing, UAT, set up an IT Change Management process and Committee, etc.  Familiarity with Security Schema setup, and other non programming IT tasks.  Also must have ability to sell Change to users, develop User Training materials and conduct training sessions.
