Title - Manager Campaign Management
Job Description -This role helps to set up and establish customer targets
for email marketing campaigns thru the Unica systems. The position needs to
work thru over 30 campaigns on a weekly basis and ensure counts are provided
back to marketers, approved and set up accurately. Additionally, the role
is a key liaison with our outbound email execution vendor, Acxiom, to ensure
campaigns are set up ontime, accurately and segmentation and contact
strategy rules are adhered. The role is involved in over 1000 campaigns
annually deploying to over 130 million contacts. The role also manages the
monthly e-statement set up and deployment as well as weekly email from
revenue management.
* Set up segmentation targets and suppressions categories for every
campaign in Unica, ensure counts and postings are done on schedule and
ensure campaign is set up correctly for hand off
* Liaison with GMO campaign leads on segmentation needs on every
campaign, ensure targeting makes sense and can be accomplished and ensure
counts and postings are done ontime and accurately along with necessary
approvals. Liaison with brands, field and divisions
Hourly Rate - Commensurate with experience. Must be a hands-on resource
with applicable and recent experience
