Title: PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst
The purpose of this position is to provide PeopleSoft HCM functional business analyst support. Key responsibilities include providing analysis and support of technology and process changes in the areas of Payroll and Time & Labor.
Responsibilities include: • Act as a liaison between the Payroll & IT teams; interact with non-technical, functional users to develop business requirements for system enhancements, create and execute test plans, and manage user-acceptance testing.
• Create job aids and training materials for nontechnical business users
• Lead functional implementation of Tax Updates.
• Set up and configuration of Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
• Develop queries for end users. Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in business related field or information technology.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll with in depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
• Ability to work independently and take leadership role in working with various stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into functional specifications through hands-on analysis.
