Position Responsibilities Summary
This individual will be responsible for leading development teams that
support Reference Data, which includes the Security Master (CSM) and Pricing
related applications. In this role, this individual assists project manager
in the planning and technical direction of projects, working with the
developers and end users to design, architect and implement product
solutions to meet business requirements. Additionally, this individual will
assist the development manager in establishing priorities, technical
assignments and managing senior technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities;
· Lead the architecture, design, implementation, deployment, and
support of the Security Master and Pricing related applications
· Manage a 10 person engineering team of employees and consultants
including offshore vendor-resourced staff
· Assist the project manager with the budgets, resource allocation,
task distribution, delivery management, risk management and other project
management tasks
· Ensure that product architecture and internal practices are
understood and followed by other team members
· Responsible for non-functional requirements of systems including
production stability, performance, maintainability and supportability
· Work with the business team members, the project manager, and
systems analysts to review and qualify business requirements, use-cases,
test plans, and functional specifications of the system
· Collaborate with application development teams and other central
groups to provide vision and generate reusable solutions in terms of
architecture blueprints, best practices, vendor products and custom software
extensions.
Keys to This Position:
1. Technical: Working experience in technologies including Java/J2EE,
Oracle, Spring Framework, Struts, Hibernate, SOA, XML, JMS, etc.
2. Domain Knowledge: Investment Management experience is required.
Ideally the candidate will have Asset Management Experience and more
specifically Investment Data (such as Security Master (CSM) and Pricing).
3. Experience in leading and managing team of 8+ developers (employees and
consultants).
4. The position breaks down as follows: 20% hands-on development, 50%
design and architecture work, 30% management/leadership. The keys are:
Architecture, Leadership and Delivery.
Required Skills and Competencies:
· A minimum of 8 years as an enterprise developer
· Strong team leadership and management skills
· At least 2 years of experience in directly managing teams
· Ability to operate with less than perfect information and make

Position Responsibilities - Summary
This individual, as part of the Production Support team within Enterprise
Technology Services will manage a team that provides 24X7 production support
services for our Unix and storage infrastructure. The right candidate
should have extensive management and technical experience with the ability
to support a global multi-vendor and cross-technology production environment
with strong leadership, crisis resolution, team management, communications,
analytical and decision-making skills. This role will report to the manager
of the production support team.
Managing full-time and consultant staff (professional development,
establishing goals, managing workload, defining and clarifying priorities,
and providing technical direction), budgets, technology vendor relationships
and projects/programs (series of projects).
Key Responsibilities;
· Continuous availability and operational resiliency of Unix/Storage
infrastructure components

1. This is a Senior person that is a Strong Hands on Manager. This
individual will manage 16 resources in the Unix and Storage space. The
candidate should have Strong Leadership skills along with experience in

2. This individual will have a strong Operations background that can manage

Position Responsibilities - Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer will contribute to the overall engineering,
design, build and provide high level support of all existing and new Windows
Server infrastructure. As a senior member of the team, the successful
candidate will need to work closely with our internal clients to develop

2. In-depth Knowledge of VMware architecture and hands on experience with
V-motion, ESX Ranger and other virtual management software. VMware and ESX
are required. The most recent version of ESX is 3.x
3. We are presently using Windows 2003 server and will be migrating to
Windows 2008. The candidate needs to have 2003 server (2008 would be a
plus).
4. Strong Active Directory and Microsoft Clustering skills are required.
5. The candidate should come from a large production environment - (700+
Windows Servers globally)
Required Skills and Competencies:
· 8+ years of managing a Windows Server environment (Windows 2003
