Required qualifications include:
* Strong troubleshooting skills with all Microsoft products including Windows, Active Directory, Permissioning & Policies & Microsoft Office.
* Strong hands-on experience with networking and Internet principles (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, SMTP etc.)
* Must be organized and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users in different locations;
* Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment ;
Additional qualifications preferred:
* The ability to rapidly present pertinent information for escalated issues;
* Diligence in recording and tracking problem and/or user data;
* An aptitude for adding process and organization in place in a fast moving environment;
* Eagerness and willingness to study and test new IT technologies;
* Knowledge with phone systems is a plus;
* Exposure to ticketing systems will be helpful ;
* Experience supporting remote offices is also a plus.
